Ghost Soldier DLC Packs Still Worth Buying
Three paid packs, Deluxe maps, and old Uplay leftovers. Community lobbies still check ownership.
Future Soldier shipped three downloadable packs after launch: Arctic Strike, Raven Strike, and Khyber Strike. Each one still matters in 2026 for a different reason. Community matchmaking does not gift DLC. If the host is on Village and you never bought Khyber Strike, you bounce. Buy on the same Ubisoft or Steam account that owns the base game. Ubisoft put the PC version on a “free to keep” window on its store in August 2026 (6–13 August). That was a giveaway window, not a new patch. It does not replace DLC you never purchased. Confirm current store state on Steam or Ubisoft Connect, not on a screenshot from Discord.
Arctic Strike (first pack)
Sold as the map pack. Three adversarial maps — Evicted, Skyline, Riot — plus Guerrilla map Arctic Base, the Stockade mode, six multiplayer weapons (Ghost: F2000, Mk17, BT MP9; Bodark: CZS805, OCP-11, Type 05 JS), trophies, and a +10 level cap. Ubisoft pitched larger, slower streets. Riot is downtown Moscow alleys. Evicted is apartment blocks where sensors struggle. Skyline is two-level CQB with sniper towers. Arctic Base is the Guerrilla map with a third HQ that is hard to baby-sit.
Buy Arctic Strike if you actually play 2026 PvP or want that Guerrilla map. Skip it if you only want story. Story is Raven Strike.
Raven Strike (the PvE pack)
Three campaign missions playable solo or in four-player co-op, plus Guerrilla map Sawmill, plus another +10 cap. Ubisoft called it a throwback: larger spaces, fewer toys, more Ghost Recon 2001 energy.
- Secure Dawn — foggy Kazakhstan marsh. No optical camouflage, no UAV, no sensor grenade. Bodark jamming is the fiction; the design is “can you still shoot.” Prepare with a suppressed rifle and cover discipline from the controls page. The Ubisoft Inside Recon video in the middle of this page walks the crash sites.
- Cold Walker — Russian countryside, train depot. Bring a mixed kit. The planner loud row is closer than the stealth carbine.
- Argent Thunder — night Moscow, full kit restored, snipers on roofs. Camo peeks and marks, then relocate. The optical camouflage loop is the mission.
Raven Strike sits in the campaign timeline after the Dagestan beat, not after the credits. Play it when the walkthrough tells you the trio exists, or immediately after you own the pack. Sawmill is fog and patience; treat it like Secure Dawn with fifty waves.
Khyber Strike (third pack)
Three MP maps — Switchback, Palace, Transit — Takeover mode (team deathmatch with an objective multiplier), Guerrilla map Village, trophies, +10 cap. Switchback is alleys. Palace is a courtyard museum fight. Transit is a Moscow metro with trains as moving cover. Village is the country bus station with sniper alleys and a gas station that wants to explode.
Buy Khyber if your 2026 group lives in adversarial playlists. Village is the PvE reason. Takeover is the PvP reason.
Deluxe, Season Pass, Uplay leftovers
Ten Guerrilla maps exist. Four are in the standard game (Shanty Town, Office, Airstrip, Mansion). Rooftops was 40 Uplay points. Tramway and Drilling Ship shipped in Deluxe. Arctic Base, Sawmill, and Village ride the three packs above. This wiki will not host OneDrive files or print a pirate path. Own the game, then read community pins.
Season Pass on PC existed to bundle the three packs. If a store page still sells the pass cheaper than the sum, that is the only “deal” that matters. Do not pay a Discord user for a “DLC unlocker.”
How this wiki treats DLC
We will not recap every achievement. Tour of Duty chores are “win three matches on each new MP map.” Guerrilla 50-wave trophies do not care which pack you used as long as the map is one map. Campaign score still lives on tactical challenges.
When a 2026 lobby complains that half the squad bounced, it is almost always this page: someone skipped Khyber, someone never migrated Uplay, someone thought community files gift Raven Strike. They do not. Buy the pack, then play.
